I am selling a Blue Partyhat on RS3!
Seeing as blue is ~3650 right now, and at 0.35 per mill, this would be about $1275.

Send me offers in pm; will not be going first and use of omm will be at your expense. Accepting Western Union; no paypal unless you are very trusted.

It is currently cosmetic but as everyone knows, I can take it out of there at any time. If you require an item check I'll be (kinda) happy to do so.
