Looking for experienced web developer

I need someone to help design a dynamic ecommerce website for me. It could either be from scratch or from a good template, it just needs to look professional. It isn't black market sales related in any way so you'd have a nice change of things to work on.

That'd mean uploading the site, addons like livechat or a checkout software, making necessary edits, answering questions that I have, and probably making minor edits to the site as we go along.

I don't want something thrown together please. If you might be interested leave me a price estimate, past website links, and references if you have them. DO NOT just add me on skype and ask me to make an offer.
