help with skrill?

Sorry was not sure where to post this. Maybe someone can help. I made my skrill account, uploaded 2 forms of ID my license and gas bill. Never became approved or anything after a week. Sent them a message with no reply, waited another week sent another message and still nothing. Anyone else have this issue or know how I can resolve?
