Krutoi banned for evading

The main reason that got me banned is that i was evading xeleration but i will demonstrate that this isn't the truth.

Well i didnt have to contact anyone since i didnt scam any single person.

I assume that in the past i got scammed many times and i wanted revenge for that and of course a punishment, but i think that people who arent involved on this or just want to live with sales aren't the responsible for my bad and not secure trades. Thats why i didnt scam anyone but just kept trading instead of being a shi*****.

Well , what happened is that i was about to trade and in fact i traded a rs pin for 1 month but i wanted a omm, idont remember the name of the omm we used but after i said my nickname in skype , i automatically got banned. My username was xeleration1 and i think this doesnt prove that i am that guy who scammed more than he ever traded, i am a common guy and why would i tell him my 'nickname' if i would know that i scammed more than i ever traded with.. My ips doesn't match with any american ips, you guys can clearly see that, i am living in spain and i am from russia, i was born in russia and i got my spaniard identity and my passport , i can show you both of these, a long year have passed and i missed alot trading and laughin with people here, i missed alot those absurd talkings which we had in te spam forum. I regret so much the trash talking i used to some mods, that was just the anger that got me into that but i really apologize. I ddnt create a single acc , therefore i didnt even visit this website , i just wanted this year to pass faster and at least explain you all. Please just look the ips, i can show you my passport and all, i am not that guy, i am just 20 years old and i dont scam people.. I wanted to apologize once again for my attitude to the admins and especially to one Named R**** which i contacted and trash talked to him once again in skype when i just should talk good and nice to him but i didnt. That was clearly my fault. I dont know what will happen with this but at least i wanted to explain all that took place that day.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Yes, in the past there was a guy who i scammed for 28$ http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1081907-scammed-krutoi.html this is the thread, i want to explain why i did this and why i didn't tell it untill now. Well, that day i was frustrated because in other forum I was scammed for 100$ back in the 2011, when i was 17, with the anger and all I arranged a new plan which took place to scam a guy who was smarter than me, in fact that after 2 days the account was recovered. I didn't have the money to pay him neither did I planned to do so. Well , sometimes people act diferent just because they had bad experiences before, but who didn't get furious because of himself being good to other people without knowing how bad are others? None of you had a first bad sale where all that you wanted is just a good trade and then the feeling of being stabbed in the back with a knife? Tell me please, nobody of you had this experience? I was so ashamed of my acts, but yet i continued with my life like nothing really changed and tried to forget it the faster that i could. But that day still remain in my head. After 2 long and good years in the forum, i wanted to stay away from these kind of shit problems whose resulted in good trades, more than 50 vouches from random people, good sales, good times and more cash for myself. I was sso happy in the way that this forum was improving, not only that, but that i was selling my old stuff and getting money from it. I think that I did more than i didn't, I wasn't really bad for this community, I really met cool people here, Govind, johng and much more. I did offer 3 years to this community whose resulted in vain since after this longperiod i got the "Karma attack" with the "ban, evading xeleration". I don't know what else should i say about this, I think I said it all and now it is up to the admins/mods to whether believe or not to my story. But i want to point out some relevant facts. If i would be him, would I scam for 28$ ? If i would be xeleration I would sit in the chair laughing and laughing for the wholeday with random new and great people? If i would be him wouldn't you guys catch me later or soon? Any of my ips match? Do you guys really think that if i would be him i wouldn't create a new account and even i Would donate to this website and verify myself for the further of my sales? Do you guys really think that because i put in the website that i am from Canada, that must be true? I can't say more, it is up to you and your vote, from now on i won't say a single word, i respect all , whether its yes or no, i won't dispute any of the votes since all of you are young enough and good enough to see if i am honest or i am not. I am really sorry for my words in the past, these weren't really necesarry but i said them to people who weren't really deserving them since they are just people who aren't friends of mine, thats why i need to learn to respect people. And i must say that even if i get banned i will learn some manners here, even if i am 20 years old i still think that this in this site you will learn more than you can expect. As for the last i want to say that i didn't want any ban evasion, thats why i didn't create any accounts more, i just want my acc. If you end up in this words then you've read it all, thanks for reading it and hope you give me a second chance to still be around here ieven if i won't be as much as i wanted to since i will be movingto Russia where i will live with my girl and with the work of course. First off, thank you for creating this pardon thread. I know you feel like staff has ignored you but the truth is some of us don't know who you are. I don't mean that to be rude, it just us staff tend to only post on people we have interacted with or have pardons that have proof regarding the situation in question. We also tend to wait for someone who knows the situation to post before we jump in on it.

In your case it seems that no one really knows what has happened. And while you have made some good points in your pardon. The idea that you will vade whatever ruling we make really hurts your case of being truly remorseful for your actions. I am going to just take your statements as raw honesty however I will not be supporting your pardon because the victim hasn't been repaid. And this request was made with nothing to lose. If your pardon gets denied you make it clear that you will continue to vade and switch countries. If you want to show your truly remorseful, make a pardon under your new ip address and then I'll consider supporting you!

First off id like to say thank you josh for your honesty and for your words in fact that i really appreciated and thought about that ip adress. Which i think wasnt the best idea, however im willing to demonstrate that i can stay clean and create a new pardon through this week by the weekend i guess since my flight is by saturday night roughly. Thanks again for your explaination
