Banned?

I just came back to RS.
I tried to log on here to purchase some services but noticed my account has been banned for ban evasion.

I posted 'Its me tom' which got me banned. But I am unsure why considering;
1) My name is Will
2) I was most likely confirming to someone called 'Tom' that I am indeed talking to him (unsure but this is most likely reason)
3) I never have nor will scam

Please look into this.
