Sport/Health & Fitness Rules

Welcome to the Sports/Health & Fitness forum and here are the general rules of this section.

In general, all the normal site rules apply to this forum.


1. There will be no marketing here, that can be done in the various market forums that are already created. However, there is a sports betting thread which can be found here: Sports Betting Thread The rules for that are in that thread.

2. Topics that belong here are as follows: anything to do with a sport of any kind at any level and anything to do with health or fitness.

3. Topics that DO NOT fit the criteria above will be considered spam and can result in infractions and forum bans.

4. Avoid making multiple threads of the same type of thing. It happens where a certain thread gets buried and then someone makes a new one not knowing of said buried thread.

5. Regarding questions about body building, here is a start. FAQ Bodybuilding and Advice.


New rules may be added and the above rules can be altered at any time.
