Maybe a scammer

this guy http://www.sythe.org/members/407615-wolf.html his skype is "wolfsythe" and I used skype resolver I found on google to find this:

I don't know if this is good info or not but after a sketchy convo with someone on skype I started googling

 

It's a Microsoft IP, so most people will match it.
