Turns out my first thread isn't allowed. Weird that someone can't present me online. Need a 18+ American Citizen.

Anyway, what other way can I win the case? Any ideas are welcome, and ideas that end up actually working... Same thing applies... I know with all the fraud on those 3 sites there is a way to win this... I know it for sure.

I'm well aware of the case and that TmarTn and Tom were well in the wrong. As far as your representation goes, you may have to consult a lawyer yourself or ask for your parents to represent you on your behalf. That is if you live in America yourself, which by the first post you made, I'm guessing you don't. In which case, you will have to pursue the matter with a local court or whomever has the proper jurisdiction in your area to handle cases of fraud and scams online.

My followup suggestion is that you should cite the lawsuit here in the states so that the person of jurisdiction you talk to will have a reference point to work from in representing you on the international level, because at the rate of TmarTn and Tom, I'm fairly certain it was more than just Americans they took advantage of.
