- an original (login) email details along with it
- not so known account (not so many friends, preferably most of them inactive)
- some experience in it (level 1 - 30), member of some few years old teams (not needed)
- steam account associated with it, added soon after the creation of an ESL account (2005 for an ESL2005 acc, 2006 for 2006 ESL acc, 2007 for 2007 ESL acc etc)
- OE and POPs for the Steam account (preferably)
