Superfluous has reported a post.

Reason:

Is there a reason Mark hasn't been TWC'd or banned yet? When I was handling the Planet ordeal, I was banned immediately, even while I was in the process of recovering the account and refunding him like the mods asked me to do. This seems pretty simple - full refund or TWC/ban. There's been no refund, so why no ban?

Mark, you need to either get him the account back, or if that isn't possible, refund him for the account. However, I'd like you to get him the account first, and if you can't and you claimed this account was your own, you will receive a TWC.

If it ends up being a refund and Ben has proof that there was items/wealth on the acc, you will be liable.

Yeah, the reason was I was waiting to see if he was going to try and ignore the report. He didn't, but seems he's been offline for two days, so I've banned him.
