Vitur is a project, I have been working on for the past 6 months on and off, and since that it's now in a stable state, I think its time to get an official thread going to get some attention to it.

Vitur is a economy server aimed at nothing but bringing out the best in OSRS and add a exciting twist to it! The server will be built off the suggestions and recommendations of the community but also not going out of the way to make it reach away from the true experience, which is give people a server they will enjoy!

- Updated Cache to 174
- Fixed skilling interfaces, not being aligned properly thanks to a missing varbit.
- Added the fletching options for shields and also added options for the arrow shafts w/different amounts for various logs.
