Dispute a ban

Hello,

I was banned on "Nick Van" for no evident reason in the past. There was never full evidence and actual evidence of me scamming or anything. It was all denied by moderators saying it wasn't enough proof. I can't request a pardon because I'm not admitting to it. There has been like 3-4 threads created by different users of raw skype chats being submitted as evidence and a few screenshots that don't really prove anything. Could I have Trade With Caution at least and be monitored or just be unbanned temporarily?

This is what it says when I try to login:

"This user was in a banned usergroup but not in the userban table. It was inserted here intentionally as to make it accessible by the banview script."

I disagree with my ban because I really didn't do anything. I'm not trying to return to sell names or anything, I would just like to have access to my account again. I haven't tried to dispute a ban until now because I felt like I had no chance, but I'm going to try anyways. The evidence provided was never enough to fully prove anything. If I felt guilty or felt like I had someone to repay I would request a pardon but I really did not intend to scam no did I scam.

Could I at least have access to my account with TWC? I'm not trying to come back to make trades or anything. I would just like to have it back.
