    How do I go about getting this removed? The whole situation was a bit ridiculous. It was just bad timing that my internet cut out. I completely refunded the buyer. looking forward to hearing back from you Staff.

    Get some trades with you in the position of trust and then you can appeal it in a month or so and the staff will vote :) Good luck :)
