How do I appeal it? I didn't do anything wrong, so what is there to appeal?

 

Try to prove why you needed someone elses phone number to validate your playerauctions account.

 

I explained it pretty clearly in the pm. My account was banned because they think it was compromised and they want me to send a picture of my drivers license which is not ever going to happen. I really don't want my drivers license online so I figured I would make a new account but my phone number has already been used.

 

well most would deem that as fraud.

 

How so? And how do I fix the problem?

I'm open to other staff's opinions but from my stand point it was a very shady pm. Getting banned of Playerauctions is nothing to take lightly and thus trying to avoid the system using another person's telephone ect shows very bad intentions. From my perspective the TWC stays until you prove your trustworthyness.

 

Playerauctions gave me a ridiculous reason for getting banned and then the live support was absolutely no help and they email me back every 4-10 days. I don't know any other way to prove I'm a decent person but I have some vouches on sythe if that helps.

 

Give them your drivers license, its not a big deal. Anyways TWC is well deserved.

 

Care to explain why they think your account was compromised?

Also i'm pretty sure a PA owner/employee is here on sythe, why not trying to get in contact with him to have your PA issues sorted out?

If don't think they suspend accounts without proof of something weird going on, get this sorted, and i'm sure you can have the TWC removed.


edit- and as firez said, they arn't sharing this information with anyone, it's the same standards Ebay uses.

 

I have no idea why they thought it was compromised. I had 10+ feedback on playerauctions and then out of the blue it was banned. Who is the PA owner on sythe and how do I get in contact with him? I've literally gone into the live support on a daily basis. The support team could be run better by a group of monkeys.
