Recovering my old main?

I haven't played RS in about 3-4 years, and I want to recover my main. I go to recover password, but it tells me to put the registered e-mail in, which I can't remember what it is. I've tried practically every e-mail I've made and none are working, so I looked in the FAQ and saw "Forget password and registered email". I followed those steps and it still asked for my registered e-mail haha. I sent an e-mail to Jagex however I don't feel like waiting 2-5 days..

Is there any faster way? (I have a decent chunk of information, so I should be able to get it back)

 

You could try contacting the Jagex support team on twitter, and ask them to read your email. I can't imagine the process being fast under your conditions.

 

Spam their email, twitter support and their YouTube. My friend tried that and he got notification right away almost

 

Email them / Log into an old character you have. Explain you forgot the e-mail and give them all the e-mails you had. Tell them your memory is poor and you forgot, Unless you're trying to hack someones account, then you're just silly.

 

So.. Little update..

E-mailed them, got a response from "Mod Scarz" saying that a 3rd party had accessed my account so he went ahead and deleted the e-mail. I then recovered it and got my account back.

Last login was 60 days ago, but.. I literally haven't played in 2-3 years. Now it has 99 dung, 86 summoning, like 40M and still has an active subscription.

What should I do? I never sold the account nor gave it away so I must have been hacked..? But now I feel bad lol.

 

Move on from there. If you were genuinely hacked, then there should be no empathy for the hacker.

 

What's the Prayer and the Herblore lvls?

 

You should stop the subscription because you may get banned for that. It's not you that is paying for the membership. Change your account password and make a secure e-mail for it. Add the new JAG system you from there you can move on!

 

This if it was hacked you shouldn't feel bad at all. Don't forget to check out the account on 07.

Lol your subscription was still active after 2 - 3 Years? Lol?

 

The account could have been sold to someone by the hacker.
That is what happened to me last week.
I gave the guy my account, because he had put lots of time into it.

 

That's why I feel bad. Not to mention I don't really have the time to play that much.. so if I find out who it is, and if they in fact did buy it I may just give it back to them.
