Paypal chargebacks

So, I used to have a minecraft server where I won several amounts of € all of this payments were made via paypal using a website (enjin.com), a guy bought a rank for near 20€ and he payed with one of this payment buttons:


I want to know if he can chargeback it.

Yes he can charge back with paypal. In order to prevent this from happening you'll need to acquire personal information from individuals when they purchase ranks.

 

I have all his personal information becouse he payed by credit card, will that work?
Also in the payment receipt there's written the word "elite" that was one of our ranks, will that help or something?

 

Depends if it was from his account/not/his information or not. He can also simply claim his PayPal was hacked if he used a proxy to send said funds from.

 

He doesn't even know what's that, so he used same IP and everything in all the payments he done with paypal (He paid to a bunch more of servers) Will that be enough to avoid the chargeback?

 

Maybe. If you have all his real information, I doubt he would anyway.

 

Anybody can chargeback and probably win; nobody can tell you for sure. Only use direct PP with people you trust indefinitely.
