Runescape help

When loading Rs3 for the first time I keep white screening when it asks me to auto load the setting for the login screen. It just goes white this is happening in chrome and firefox anyone can help

 

Hold shift+S, used to work for skipping auto setup anyway. Not sure if it still does.

 

It might be problem with your java plugins. Try to update java to the newest version. If it doesnt work download runescape client. You can also clear your jagex cache / cookies. Copy it to notepad and save as name.bat

YOURUSERNAME = your username on your PC

 

It will not work with the client either and also it does not work after clearing the cache.

 

I'm nearly sure issue has to be your graphics drivers or java. Take a closer look on them

 

Won't be anything to do with graphics card/drivers.

Update your Java. Also check that Java is enabled as a plugin on Chrome, and that Flash Player is enabled as a Plugin aswell.

 

I got it working but it only works on IE for some reason not chrome or firefox not even my integrated safari

 

Checked the enabled plugins? Might also be your settings in Chrome that are autoblocking the site/loading.
