    • Lichbane nerf.
      [*] Elise slower jungle time, and worse ganks early.
      [*] Kassadin rework.
      [*] Annie flat dmg nerfs+buffed ratios (overall buff to AP annie.)
      [*] Kog changes - Will it be the return? (Yes please.)
      [*] Teleport change. Using it on towers reduces cd by 100 seconds.
      [*] Vi flat dmg nerf + Ratio buff. Standard Lizard+brutilizer = a buff.

    Not read the patch notes yet but seems like the past 2 patches have been extremely quick, especially 4.3 > 4.4

    The teleport on towers seems like a decent update but kass nerf? He is a but under powered imo.

    Teleport is already hidden OP, I really like these changes. Let's say hi to a lot more Mundos and Nasuses. Most teleport opportunities are already around 8-10 minutes, and this way you can get in a 4 minute teleport and still get to a dragon fight in time.

    Interesting. They left out how core Lichbane is on Kalye. Seems like Kalye has been shafted again, after the Q ratio nerfs last patch.
