Rsps gold seller appeal

Dear Sirs,

My account RSPS gold seller was banned for ban evasion.

The skype i used is the same as one i used when trading on a different account - control services. This account was created with a partner and trained accounts, no one was ever scammed on this account.

I was asked if id create a service with the partner at the time, he created the sythe account as i already had services under the same name on other sites, and used my skype.

2 weeks into this the account was banned for ban evasion. I was unaware that that my partner had previously scammed, and had then also got me banned. I have just created a new account to start trading once again, then i was banned for evasion because i used the same skype.

I used the same skype as it was mine prior to joining sythe and being banned.
I had my family and friends on there as well as other traders so didnt want to red add them all on another.

I got rid of my partner as soon as this happened.

Could someone please help. I contacted zuzel who said to post a report here. However as no one was scammed on control services will i still have to pay back his debts? as i didn't have anything to do with this?
