Buying Main Account

Looking to buy an old school main account. Would prefer an account with all round skills, meaning all skills above 40 would be best for me.

Also, an account with quests done and the quest items, I'm sure you know what I mean so I needn't elaborate on that.

Would prefer an account with 70+ on ALL combat stats.
