I have to agree with you here, a few months punishment before being allowed to pardon would do him good.

Trust me, if an admin was on the Teamspeak when we were talking about his ban (with violent in on the chat) it'd be vetoed so hard.

There is no mention of him being actually sorry, or even regretting his actions. On the TS it was VERY clear that he felt his actions were not as bad, and I even believe he is very confident in his pardon.

It's a true shame the TS (understandably) doesn't grant this kind of data to be used in the case of his pardon.
