pcing malfunctioning laptop

So i own a sager np 3260 15.6 in laptop that for some reason is not working atm. Left it out in freezing cold over night, bout mid day still cold, brought it started it up (why did i do this, idk i wasnt thinking). now it only turns on for 5-10 minutes, works like normal, then starts beeping in 1-2 second intervals (i think it is an overheat issue, maybe not with the heat, but the software that detects it) then shuts down. took it apart, cleaned the cooling fan, still didnt work. bought a new one of same model, also doesnt work. it budges a little bit upon start up, then decides not to work. I paid somewhere between 1,000$-1,100$ last year during a back to school sale from xoticpc.com, so it had what i think were quite good deals. comes with working charger. Went back to xotic to look around for newest pricing etc, and didnt see this model. the models i did see seem to be much worse at least in the processor area. not sure about the gpu, but i think what makes this laptops gpu functions good is the optimus tech, you could probably put a better gpu in it. I would like to price check it, how much do you think i can get for it.

idk what tl; or dr, is. but no, like i said it starts and runs for 5-10 minutes before shutting down... might be fixable though.....
