    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!: They are all mainly interested in the runescape private server section and two of the accounts are infiliated with 'roatzpks'. this can be found here - http://www.sythe.org/runescape-private-server-markets/1669683-roatpkz-acc-sale.html and here - http://www.sythe.org/runescape-private-server-markets/1678854-roatz-pk-dupe.html
    All of the banned accounts and including this new comer will NOT tell you their skype on Sythe to from what I believe trying to avoid being banned. Anyways, hope to see some action and sorry if this wasn't correct format or wasn't enough evidence!
