Requesting a High Pardon

Hello,

I was banned a while back for scamming,
I then created a pardon but it got removed without any explanation,

I can't seem to find my original pardon or scam report.

So here is my 2nd Pardon,

I'm very sorry for scamming and taking the account,
I realize now that it was a bad decision,
I wish I could take it back,

Here's what you do. Go ahead and read the pardon sticky that has [READ BEFORE REQUESTING A PARDON] in its title. Then refund the person you scammed (this is absolutely necessary, with proof that you have done so, before pardoning). Then come back to sythe.org on 6/13/14 (June 13th, 2014), reread the pardon sticky (it'll still be there with that tag), and submit a pardon.
