Banned For no reason (please help im clue less )

soo i got on sythe today donated and was just updating bumping my posts when i suddenly got banned! evasion "deadkik"
this is my first sythe account im pretty new to RWT , no one plays runescape in my family exept my cousin he does RWT but he told me he uses PowerBot
so it wouldent have been him that got banned on sythe on my IP

I honestly dont understand , i can provide you with people telling you im legit, i can try do anything to resolve this problem but i dont see any reason in this ban

the only explination is that someones on my internet using sythe , wich i highly doubt!!
i will talk to my cousin again about him maybe using sythe but last time i asked he said he dosent use it
also his username isint "deadkik" soo i dont know nut i want to get to the bottom of this
