Edit: Name is NOT RFT - If it were, it would already be gone to a sniper, or even just a joe schmoe who decided to make a new account and thought of an awesome display name. It really is that rare. You're bidding on the account with the name on it, and it will be your responsibility to make the name RFT and trade it yourself after the waiting period.
