Perm Banned Gold Farming while in Random

Got banned playing legitly was in a random event and typeing saying i was lagging then bam logged me off and i was hit with a Perm Ban for Goldfarming...

 

So, you did bot on that IP.

 

No i wasn't botting thats what i'm trying to say..

 

Were you on a VPN/Proxy?

Have you ever botted in the past few weeks on that IP?

If all of these are no, appeal and you'll win.

If not, you were botting.

like a fury and berzerk neck plus like 1m lol... wasn't even botting was the sad part..w.e sent apeal maybe they will actually look at the apeal and see i was typeing while they kicked me off but hey..can't get my hopes up too high this is jagex after all ;|

 

Someone must have reported you like a few hours earlier or something, or during the previous days. I dont think they usually ban on the same day someone gets reported.

Your best bet is to email them. They read emails much more often than they do with appeals.

But that blows. If you were legitimately playing, I'd be pissed.

 

IP was most likely flagged if you hadn't touched a bot on that account [recently]. Reports alone are insufficient, yet it would raise a flag on your account.
parents is a good email, usually get good responses there (I pose as a 'concerned mother'). One appeal was accepted from that way, the other the employee 'personally looked into it' and reviewed the evidence and it was 'quite conclusive that I was botting' (I was ). This was in pre-eoc, but I'd imagine you'd get a similar response.

 

They won't read the appeal, it doesn't matter lol.

Same thing has happened to few of my contacts, people who don't bot and went to kill blue drags in the slayer dungeon(rs3). Those drags = goldfarm ban lol.

 

yea i've heard about people getting banned doing legit flax, theres even youtube videos showing jagex banning people who actually played legit...like honestly if they dont do anything thats pretty pathetic..
