hey i just began 07 2 days ago and would like help

1) My stats are 45 attack 48 str 36 hp 39 def 29 prayer 51 mage (all quested except mage, however mage was trained by alching/teleporting/making teletabs so no hp levels gained) what shall my build be.

2) I heard many say they make rsgp of bigboibets.com, may i know what this is and how?

BigBoiBets is betting. You have a less than 50% chance of making money of it. Far less. If you want to gamble, do staking.

 

so do i bet my rsgp or irl currency

 

You could bet 07 GP via staking but that would only be useful if you had a 'special' staking account that out-staked your opponents.

 

Staking would be a better way to go as you can choose your odds rather than play a set one

 

For money making, you can start farming herbs for high returns while training other skills.

Another option is if you have a lot of money to invest, the top 5 bettors every week @ dragon dyce get 50m 07 for first place, 20m 07 second place, 10m 07 third place, 5m 07 fourth place, 2.5m 07 fifth place, so depending on your luck, you can have better than 50% odds if you are one of the top bettors because you are guaranteed a big cash prize.

 

You will have to raise the stats much higher as very few people stake a lot of GP at your cb level.
