Make a staker with like 70/65/80 or something.

Get higher str, I'd say anywhere from 91-99.

That would bring your hp up A LOT, which is good for staking and pking

Defense without barrows gloves and veng is shit. If you get both of those and maybe 85 strength you will be the dominant build for your combat level (which would be 84-86).

Higher strength/HP and veng will make that account respectable. Low level zerkers are never that good.
