[Looking For 90+ Range Tanker]

Hello, I was told this is a great website to purchase legit runescape accounts so here I go.
What Im Looking for
Runescape pure:
Stats (attack str under 50 please, or nothing that conflics with combat) Prayer 31(or 52, but I have no problem Getting 52prayer myself)
Range (90 or above)
Magic (82or above)
defence (no Higer then 45 please)
Hp (Stable enough to pk. 80-85+)
Has to Be decently quested but im not a stickler when it comes to quests so Don't worry about that.

Prices im willing to pay :Anything from 10-40mill 07GP, (depending on quests, untradables,Things of that nature) (I really only need void and firecape, everything else I can get myself, but I am still going to pay extra for important complete quests due to the fact you spent time to do them.

Note: I Am not in any rush to buy an account so you can continue to level it up/and or get the quests complete.

How The trade will be done: We will be using a trusted MM with 250+legit vouches , (Im a Newcomer here so I won't be asking anybody to go first,And will not be going first myself)
