False ban

Hi there I've just logged in to find I was banned a user called violets reported me, I can tell you now if you look into the dispute I was compromised a second time which I then had an arguement via Facebook with Voltaire the owner of powerbot which resulting I decided not to return again for another refund due to security on their half as people have said there's 2 main hackers on pb and they hack everyone one of them is from Switzerland I am from England as for my skype that was reported by violets my skype is Dbuffedwinz I had dbuffed.pb being deleted by skype support due to it being compromised therefore I have received a ban for no reason as that isn't my skype and hasent been for quite some time

 

Just thought id add since I looked into the report against me I've been banned twice for that already now although I refunded Godgfx and he also confirmed I to here aswell as powerbot so both divinca and violets are good friends trying to use that scam report against me this is getting stupid now

 

Hi Sythe admins/mods, it seems that I have been re-banned for a previous problem that was caused between two members being "Divinca & Violents" if you check my previous bans, (i have 2 for the same exact scam report so far) You will see that they are re-using the same thing.

As for my skype - Ive added two of you (Dave & someone else) on skype being "Dbuffedwinz" if you check my previous posts recently you will see ive mentioned that skype, as my previous skype "Dbuffed.pb" was hacked via one of 2-3 members of PowerBot (previously banned perm) have been hacking/scamming peoples accounts off them. In this series of events, I had to refund 58.4M 07 RSGP, which I did within 24 hours of me knowing I was banned.

I had both a mod + admin Chris B confirm that the refund was completed, and it was revoked, after the first ban I found out later on in the week (around 3 days later) I was re-banned from what Divinca being a friend of Violents said about me again using the same scam report as Violents did.

So my question is why am I still receiving bans from something that's already been resolved a month or so ago? This is my 3'rd ban now for no reason 2 of them have been given to me. All I can think of is a while ago Violents wanted to work for my service thread via PowerBot, which he paid 6M 07 deposit/entrance fee, from there he then agree'ed to a ToS (Terms of Service) which he broke in 2 different places, so ofcourse he was fired from my service.

A day or 2 later, he filed a scam report against me claiming it was "Injustice" which is exactly i'm guessing is the right term for this. From there, ive received multiple times, both himself and Divinca claiming i'm "Sketchy as fuck" in their words, which I can happily get a skype picture showing. - All this I can feel is because I didnt want to sell either of them gold due to them being ignorant and rude, which isnt a fair way to keep me banned just due to that. If you look at my previous comments, or previous scam report you will see that a member GFXGOD was correctly refunded when I was able to get round to it as said above, and I was re-instated as I had no reason to be banned further more.

Sorry, I'm afraid I can't support you at this time. Can anyone confirm that he did refund whoever was owed a refund?
