Selling Ready-to-pk Obby Pure 20M OSGP

Hey guys im new to the account - trading world and I'm wondering what i can make of it. Currently I have my first account that I want to sell, an Obby mauler 61 Str (1 above) 50 Hp and of course 1 Attack. This account contains no further stats except 2 cooking and will be sold for 20M OSGP (its painful to get 60 str with 1 attack). I also will be making staker/pk pures that have 60 attack 70-80 str, monkey madness done. These will be sold for 30M OSGP and i will only start creating one after one has requested an offer. Thanks!
