Vpn

[Cruel]

I'm looking for a VPN that uses a specific IP that doesn't change whenever I disconnect like HotSpot Shield.

For instance, I want a VPN that shows that I am from California. Every time I disconnect / reconnect, it continually situates my geological location in Calfironia. Is there a VPN available with that capability?

I have used SecurityKISS before. They have set IPs you can connect to from around the world. Not sure if it will work for what you're wanting, but here is their website: http://www.securitykiss.com/. You can check it out yourself.
