Afternoon,

I know I have already submitted a dispute and I still want you to refer back to it,

I was reading through a members dispute who was banned for falling asleep through a trade, I watched the video and saw how he had a confirmation email of the password and email change,

I then searched on google and around the runescape FAQ and found out that you do in fact get a confirmation email when either are changed,

Notice on Healyy's scam report against me, the last link is a picture of his emails,

Do you notice how there was no confirmation emails to say the password or email had been changed?

Please will you look through it again and gather all the evidence I have submitted,

I really am telling the truth.

It's quite possible that he deleted the email. The deletion of your messages in the Skype convo is very suspect, and I don't believe it was just your information to be honest; your story of not receiving an email is also extremely suspicious.

I'm afraid I'll have to deny this.
