Doesn't have to be anything special, hell, I don't even care if it's a sir account.

Preferably I want a corrupt pure, 20 attack and 99 strength. Then the range level should be between 60-70, but so that it doesn't level the combat any higher than the 20-99 already had, so it's melee based.

Get back to me with what you've got and what you can do. I don't have enough time (or patience for that matter) to make one myself, but want an obby/corrupt pure
