couple questions regarding range pkers/stakers

ok im wondering what quests are recommended for creating a range pker

what combat lvls do people usually pk and stake at?

 

People pk and stake at all levels, you just have to find your niche. If you're new to the whole thing, I'd recommend starting out pking at a low level with low risks - even just for fun. Find your way around, and make your way up from there. Successful pkers and stakers generally have plenty of experience.
