Reason to believe Magic Arrow:
Now this is just a guess here so i'm not surprised if it is wrong. But if we are under the assumption all the accounts mentioned above are linked could Magic Arrow be the owner of all of them? READ THE SUMMARY AT THE END IF TL;DR:

Magic arrow uses a VPN, but then again so do all these accounts listed, so one IP match would be stupid to assume they were the same person, but what if it is multiple IP's matching? Wouldn't that suggest its the same person using a VPN whom every now and then forgets to change IPs before logging onto his original account?

Now could this be Magic arrow forgetting to change IPs before he logs onto these accounts? Because who ever owns these accounts has constantly forgotton to change his IP before logging onto one of the linked accounts as shown here (notice how its different IPs from the one shown above):

So is this why whom ever owns all these accounts keeps matching Magic Arrow with a different IP? Is it because it is Magic Arrow making the same patterned mistake?

Another thing that is interesting is the account Will also has an ip match with an account called 'MrArrow' again on a different IP.


Summary of this point: The owner of the accounts whom are all tied for ban evasion has this constant pattern of forgetting to change his IPs before he logs onto one of his other accounts, this could be because he is using a VPN on all his accounts so thinks no one would suspect it if he has an ip match every now and then. After noticing he has multiple IP matches on the different linked accounts with Magic Arrow is it fair to assume they are the same person? or is it just a coincidence that Magic Arrow has an IP match multiple times with these users considering he has been using a vpn for years?
