3 years since banned for no reason

It is been three years since I am banned for no reason. (AlexLT)
Well, there was a reason, that FireZ called, but I can't agree with that as I have never scammed or phished a Sythe member, nor I sold a phished account here.
As you can see from my posts history, I was selling accounts on sythe, so let me explain where I got them from and why my story is true.
I live in a small country named Lithuania, many people here don't use paypal, I was one of those in my clan (Lithuanian Pking Team) who did. In our country accounts are a lot cheaper then on global market. For example clan mates wanted 250LTL (which is 100$) for a maxed melee account. I used to be something like a middleman there. I sold their account for them but on Sythe. They received the money they wanted, I took everything else. Usually by the time (back in 2010) I was averaging 200-250$ per maxed melee account, that's where I gained my profit from.
Now about FireZ. There was a community called "*********" and I was a part of it. I tried to learn phishing and obviously, it wasn't hard, so I managed to phish a few accounts on runescape and posted them at show off section. A few days later I found myself being banned on Sythe for scamming ("phishing and selling accs on sythe" is the reason), while it is just an accusation. I have NEVER sold any hacked accounts on Sythe, every single account I sold was provided with all needed recovery info and all the people who bought them probably still have them.
So, after three years of being banned I am asking for my ban to be lifted as it is not a fair decision and the rules of Sythe.org do not mention phishing OUTSIDE OF THE COMMUNITY.

Even if you weren't selling phished accounts. You were still participating in these activities, which we don't allow.
