Is cock fighting in 07runescape allowed?

There has been recent controversy over the gruesome sport of cock fighting in runescape. This is more of a discussion. If there are laws set in place to make cock fighting in hidden establishments illegal, why is it that human fighting in hidden establishments for cock viewing is fine? If you ask me it is all hypocritical.

Lol really? They released a new skill 2 days ago if you didn't realize it. People call it training EO, also known as event organizing. This picture is actually a glitch from when I was training my EO; I went to start a chicken fighting event (normally the chickens would appear inside of the ring), but it happened to glitch and put me and my friend who was there at the time in the ring instead lol.

 

what construction level is needed for this? this looks awesome. i need to make one. if only someone had a construction bot for me :/

 

You don't need any construction level to train EO. It kind of simulates the event, however when the event is over the combat ring disappears.
