account name unavailable

hey guys i have recently got my account locked for no reason whats so ever?
yet when i try to recover it it instantly denies my request and comes up with "hello account name unavailable" im not sure why this is happening, ive got a completionist cape with 200m mage and 200m dung, so i really dont want to lose this account and yeah if anyone has any ideas can they please leave them below so i may have an idea of what is going on? thanks

 

First, double and triple check that you're spelling the name correctly.

However, if you are 100% certain you're spelling it correctly, recall what you've done on that account in the past. Have you heavily RWTed, or something that is deemed "really bad"? If so, JaGeX will sometimes (rarely) disconnect an account. This means the account's data altogether is deleted. Therefore there is no way to recover the account, as it no longer exists.

 

Change isps / ips lately?

 

If you have broken severe rules then Jagex may have deleted your account from the database.

 

This pretty much explains it all. I'd check your information correctly, but yeah. Sounds like you've either done something pretty bad and your account is wiped man.

 

Tweet to a jagex moderator, they'll have this issue fixed.
