    Requesting a High Pardon

I am requesting a pardon for my Sythe account (Daga)
The one and only time I have ever scammed was in late 2011 or early 2012 when I scammed a member of the Powerbot forums for 60m EoC GP. Evidence was provided to Powerbot and I was then banned which was the right thing to do. At that time I was not contacted by the Powerbot staff requesting me to refund the user, instead, I was permanently banned straight away. At that period of time if I was to have been asked to refund the user I do not believe I would have because of the values that I had. As a result of my actions I believe my IP was "flagged" by Powerbot staff and any new accounts created by me will be banned for ban evading. After receiving my ban on Powerbot I went back to playing RuneScape were I continued to make more and more money through Hosting gambling games (Dicing, Flowers). Through this time I began to understand the value of trust and the benefits it can bring someone. I was able to develop these values as I could see that by being trusted I was able to enjoy my time in RuneScape whilst hosting. I then realized how I had changed and I decided to create a new Powerbot account to run some small services and generate some good feedback throughout the community. I was able to do so mainly through helping people out with small leveling orders that would take me around 1-2 hours to complete. I ended up purchasing VIP on my account and set up my own service thread. I was later banned for ban evading. I did not know what "ban evading" was at the time so I did some research and eventually found out that I would never be able to contribute to the Powerbot community again as I had been flagged as a scammer.
Yet again I was a little frustrated and annoyed that I had blown my chances by scamming someone earlier that year. That was the first time that I began to regret what I had done.
I had been playing a Runescape Private Server (Soulsplit) throughout this period (since mid 2011) When I began to play Soulsplit I was quite a "noob" at the game and took little interest in the fact that people were able to dice on the server. I continued to generate money in the game until the idea of dicing took my fancy. I began to dice in Soulsplit until dicing was removed from the game. After the removal of dicing I switched to EoC were I continued to host flowers in a friends chat the I had purchased a 100m EoC rank in (throughout this period I would check up on my Soulsplit account every week or so). This friends chat eventually fell apart. I decided to log back into Soulsplit to see what changes had been made, I noticed that dicing had been re introduced to the game. I spent the 70$ to buy a dice bag and began to dice. At the time I was probably considered to be fairly poor for a dicing host so I felt it necessary to buy some more Soulsplit gold. I had a look on the Powerbot forums but I noticed that there was little to no people selling Soulsplit gold so I continued to look across different forums. This is when I first came across Sythe, I was aware that Sythe was a large Runescape forum but I never liked to use it as I was used to Powerbot and the layout seemed annoying to use. I created a Sythe account (Daga) were I was mainly active in the Runescape Private Servers section. I purchased my first amount of Soulsplit gold from another Sythe user for a very nice bulk rate. To put it into context to my other Runescape friends I saw how much EoC gold I would get for the Soulsplit gold I had just purchased. I spent around 300m EoC to buy 80b on Soulsplit and I noticed that 80b on Soulsplit was worth around 800m EoC! I was happy knowing that I had just made a 500m EoC profit from one exchange. Turns out that the person I brought the Soulsplit gold of had exploited something in Soulsplit in order to earn the gold and eventually was banned on Sythe after he scammed someone for the remaining Soulsplit gold he had. Later on he sent me a picture of how much he had made from selling Soulsplit gold which he had made unlegitamently. He showed me around 6b EoC. After this I realized that I was lucky that I was not the person that was scammed. Although I knew I could swap the SSGP back to RSGP I had no interest in doing so as I had lost interest for RuneScape. Later on, in typical private server style, I was hacked for my bank on Soulsplit. I was refunded around 2b of the 80b that I had lost. I then began to merchant SSGP through the Sythe markets to help make some money back. I continued to do so legitimately and eventually accumulated enough vouches that I felt I could open a Middlemanning thread. Upon doing so I was banned "You have been banned for the following reason:
off-site scam" "Date the ban will be lifted: Never"

I am currently working with a friends chat that swaps EoC to 07 Gold. A lot of the other hosts in this friends chat use Sythe and have over 2 thousand vouches. I often speak to them about the value of being trusted and legitament, I have learnt a lot about trust from being involved in this friends chat and my views towards scamming have been completely changed. I am now able to see every day how valuable legitimacy and trust can be. I am able to now log in to Runescape and receive messages from people asking to exchange there gold. At the end of each exchange I am thanked by these people who are genuinely thankful for the legitament service that me and my friends chat provides. If I am to join the Sythe community again I will be running services on Sythe in collaboration with my friends chat. I will be using the great name that my the friends chat has formed and I will spread the legitimacy that I am able to share on Runescape to the Sythe forums as well. To abide by the rules of the friends chat I will not be allowed to post the name of my friends chat in this appeal, however,
I am more than happy to tell any Moderator who may be reading my appeal the name of my friends chat.

If this means anything. I would be willing to refund the person I scammed for double of what I took.
