false ban

I was told i was recently banned? the proof that was shown to me is not my information. my skype is iamsandals6 i have multiple people i have bought from that can verify this.
was the ip ever verified and was it recently used from another ip? i never bought 95m and have been offline for i believe anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month the last transaction i did was i think 20m.
if there any information i can give to resolve this let me know.
