Comes fully geared with Exotics. 2 full sets of armor for him with runes that you can extract for more gold if you don't like the current builds with scholar runes and stuff on them. (each rune worth about 5-10g, being there about 15 peices of armor total in the bank+equipped). Story quest completely done on him.
