i paid $220 to a guy via pp and paypal opened a dispute for this reason. any1 knows what to do?

nope, ill wait till what they gonna do. I guess they will ask for an ID card and then they will pay out the guy

 

I'd suggest you call paypal and get the issue resolved sooner for your customer.

 

Most likely will request your ID/Bank statement. They also place holds when looking into suspicious activity and when performing random account checks. With that said, I don't mean what you're doing is suspicious, just may appear that way on PP's end - i.e, many small frequent payments to the same person, consistent gift payments, etc.

 

Possible reasons:

1. Your paypal isn't verified
2. Suspicious activity is going on with his or your account
3. The details you put on your account aren't true

Happened to me because mine wasn't verified.

 

mine is verified, and details are real. Maybe it is because i used 10 different IPs every day ( shit net and router resets and gives new ip)

 

Then it's probably the IP issue. Call PayPal and explain to them your situation.

 

this happens to me sometimes , you don't need to take any action it's usually dealt within in 48 hours automatically
