    If someone doesn't want his name posted to you, I don't see the harm in that. You should have waited for him to confirm the payment, sometimes PP transactions don't appear instantly (only the balance updates, with no transaction info).

    The way you handled it was stupid IMO. You basically gave the other dude the chance to say "no I didn't get it" and he could have scammed Jay.

    The feedback stays.
