    Streaming PC/Internet

So I plan on streaming to twitch and plan on playing some graphics intensive games, BF4, Arma 3, Dayz Mod etc etc.

Currently my setup consists of this

    i7 3770k OC'd to 4.8ghz
    16gbs 1600mhz patriot viper ddr3 ram (2x8gb)
    Asus Sabertooth z77 motherboard
    gtx 780 graphics card
    samsumg 840 256gb ssd
    3x WD Green HD's in RAID5 (software)

Running games in 1080p @ 144hz and thinking of adding a second monitor just to monitor chat etc.

    My internet speeds are

Should I upgrade my current PC to be able to stream better (maybe adding a second gtx 780) or possibly other hardware (suggestions?)

Or should I build a second PC with a capture card that would take a duplicate input from my gaming pc and stream it, I would probably go with a core i5 build with maybe a gtx 760ti or something like that, or maybe just find something on craigslist that would suit my needs.

I want to keep my budget at around $500 or so to be able to stream without lag/dropped frames, I would like to keep the stream at least at 720p if possible maybe 1080p but with my internet im not sure if its possible.

    Any input is appreciated!

You should be able to stream just fine at 720P @45FPS at those specs. A second 780 will be pointless at 1080P, sure you have a 144hz monitor but really you should be running 80+ FPS to begin with.

What about getting a better internet? Seems that all the hardware/software you have is suitable and should be fine.

You'll be fine, the only time you really need to upgrade with multipule monitors will be at 3 monitors + your computer specs and internet will do just fine for streaming.

I've tried to stream a few times and noticed a lot of dropped frames/lagginess, Ill try to tweak my settings a bit and see where it takes me. if someone is familiar with OBS and is able to help me get optimal settings it would be appreciated :D
