Sythe Donation

I'm puzzled. Same as Instruments was posting about. Same EXACT thing. I donated $5 through Runescape GP (2.5m 07) with Dave and I received a PM and everything from him. He was on Skype yesterday so I told him my donation hasn't gone through. He said, "I know." I asked why it hadn't, and he went offline and hasn't been on since (or I haven't seen it). I think Dave is awesome, I just don't understand what's going on. I also PM'd Matthew twice and he hasn't responded. I'm confused, and I already checked the User Center and it says I'm not a donor.

It takes a while for the donation to go through. Did you receive a PM saying that your donation is pending?

 

If it's the exact same situation, you would have read the posts. I will reiterate what was said; be patient, it isn't an automatic thing. The donation perks have to be manually applied to your account, feel free to drop Matthew a PM with regards to this, and it will be sorted when he has the time to do so.

Dave has done his side of things, so it's out of his control now.

 

I did read his posts, and I did PM Matthew. Its been a while and Matthew hasn't responded.

I did receive a PM from Dave confirming the donation.

 

Be patient, you'll get your perks as soon as matthew gets to you, as you aren't the only one donating and this is all done manually.

 

Matthew is a very busy person, he does a lot more than just processing donations. That is one of many of his jobs here at Sythe.

 

Okay thanks guys. I'll give it a couple more days and see from there.

 

Matthew can't do everything instantly - it'll come when it comes.
