i have never seen anyone get warned/infracted for bumping threads in Sf.

hell i never seen any rules enforced in spamforum for the most part.

Well the rules are there and they can be enforced. The best way to change it would be to make a thread in the town hall.

I will personally support change to the flooding rule.

 

I got infracted for flooding the SF once, I simply posted the full name of the chemical "Titin".
