you've blocked out almost half the stats ;o I would say $50~ from what I see. There are other factors I believe will increase the price of an account
- Quests
- Loyalty rewards?
- Log in email/username ( I personally would spend more on a account that I don't have to type @hotmail.com in all the time)

Low hp, high def/prayer and range.. Would do well in the wildy, not sure if that's a big sector within RS3, anymore?

Maybe 15-30$. I have a 2000 total acc and it probably wont sell for more than 25$ here.
