I was recently IP banned from Youtube, not sure why, but i suspect my friend was messing about on it and got me banned. lol. Anyways, i heard there was a way to change your IP so i could create a new account, but i dont know how to do this. Also, if i changed my IP, would it affect my account on sythe any?

If your IP address is static,you cannot change it.Static IP will not change even when you reset the modem.You have to contact your Internet Service provider(ISP) for changing static IP.If your IP address is dynamic,it will change whenever you reset the modem.Before or after changing your IP address,you can check it using
Ip-details.com .If you changed your IP,it will not affect the account in sythe.
